Customer Responsibility for Damage
The customer who makes the booking is responsible for any damage caused to the yacht, boat, equipment, furniture, or any other property during the rental period by themselves or any of their guests.
In the event of damage, the customer may be required to pay the cost of repair or replacement. INDIAMO Luxury Yacht and Boat Rental reserves the right to charge the customer for any damages caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow the instructions of the captain or crew.
Music and Noise Policy
Music is permitted on board; however, guests must maintain the volume at a reasonable and acceptable level.
Music must not be played at a high volume after 11:00 PM.
Guests must also comply with any applicable noise regulations, marina rules, and instructions provided by the captain or crew. The captain has the authority to request that the music volume be reduced or switched off at any time.
Music Volume Limits
Before 11:00 PM, music may be played only within the permitted volume limits and in accordance with local regulations and the instructions of the captain.
Guests must immediately reduce the volume or stop the music if requested by the captain, crew, marina authorities, or other authorised personnel.
Captain's Instructions
For the safety of all passengers and the vessel, all guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.
The captain has full authority regarding the safety and operation of the yacht or boat. Failure to follow the captain's instructions may result in the activity being stopped or the rental being terminated without refund where appropriate.
Safety Rules
All guests must behave responsibly and must not engage in any activity that could endanger themselves, other passengers, the crew, or the vessel.
INDIAMO Luxury Yacht and Boat Rental and its captain reserve the right to take any necessary action to protect the safety and security of everyone on board.
Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking and boarding the yacht or boat, the customer and all guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and Boat Rules.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, termination of the rental, or other appropriate action.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Cancellation, postponement, or changes to the booking will only be considered in the event of:
- Technical issues or mechanical problems with the yacht or boat
- Bad weather or unsafe sea conditions
- Any other situation where the captain determines that operating the vessel is unsafe
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is strictly not allowed on board.
Guests are not permitted to bring, consume, or possess alcoholic beverages on the yacht or boat.
INDIAMO Luxury Yacht and Boat Rental does not provide, sell, or serve alcohol.
Any guest who does not comply with this policy may be asked to stop the activity or leave the vessel, subject to the captain's decision.
Music and Noise Policy
Music is permitted on board only within the limits permitted by the captain, marina management, and applicable regulations.
Music must not be played at a high volume after 11:00 PM.
While the yacht or boat is berthed or located inside the marina, guests must strictly comply with marina management rules regarding noise.
Guests may be required to reduce the music volume or completely switch off music at any time.
Music and loud noise are not allowed in the marina parking area.
Guests must immediately follow any instructions from the captain, crew, marina management, or authorised personnel regarding music and noise levels.
Marina and Berthing Rules
While the yacht or boat is berthed or located within the marina, all guests must comply with the rules and regulations of the marina management.
Guests must not:
- Create excessive noise or disturb other marina users
- Cause damage to the marina, berthing area, facilities, or surrounding property
- Engage in activities prohibited by marina management
- Play loud music or create disturbances in restricted areas
Any additional restrictions imposed by marina management must be followed immediately.
Parking Area Rules
Guests using the marina or designated parking areas must respect all parking rules and regulations.
Playing music or creating excessive noise in the parking area is strictly prohibited.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that they do not cause damage to vehicles, parking facilities, marina property, or surrounding areas.
Decoration Policy
Decorations must comply with the applicable marina management and authority regulations.
Decorations outside the yacht or boat are not permitted.
Guests are not permitted to attach, install, hang, or display decorations on the exterior of the yacht or boat without prior approval and where permitted by applicable regulations.
Any decorations inside the yacht or boat must be approved in advance and must not cause damage to the vessel.
