He is instrumental in fostering a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and accountability across all divisions. Under his leadership, the Group continues to expand its footprint, strengthen its market position, and deliver long-term value to stakeholders, with a consistent focus on quality, sustainability, and reputation building within the industry.
Anwar Ramadan Abu Kalloub
Group CFO
Anwar Ramadan Abu Kaloub is a Group Chief Financial Officer with over 30 years of professional experience, including more than 22 years in the technology sector. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and holds dual Master’s degrees.
Anwar brings a strong track record in strategic financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and financial transformation initiatives. He has successfully led high-performing finance teams, implemented enterprise-wide ERP systems, and driven process automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Known for his analytical insight and business acumen, he consistently delivers value by aligning financial strategy with organizational objectives, supporting sustainable growth, and enabling data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
